@ Frank – I am not sure I correctly understand your question, however with all the massive amounts of ongoing Federal Regulation by the government it is continually getting more and more difficult to not only get a home loan but also to provide home loans. When a lender makes a commitment to fund a home loan, they must do so not only on the collateral but also on the borrowers capacity to repay the loan. Frank, I admire and am grateful for your service to our Country.

I have viewed Queen Creek Homes at Present 24-Single an Dual Floor plans. The Homes are Beautiful, and the price is good compared to other areas; I have always wanted to live In Arizona , maybe i can with help from the -System-USDA- My Favorite Queen Creek–the area Is full of smiles,the people there are Friendly, I have ask for a Mortgage Loan so My Family and I can Live In Queen Creek–USDA- I will see You there.

I had Heart surgery 1 Year past, In the New Hanover Hospital Wilmington N.C. I called My Sister Vicki In TX, she came to the Hospital with Her Husband ,they said all My Clothes & I identity were stolen, My wallet Social Security, Military Med-Health Plan ID- My Life and Credit gone in one Day-I wished I would Die-! I went to Houston TX with them–The V.A. said they would assist Me–I did have a 823-Credit which I was happy with–but after the Id was stolen–My Credit went Down to 680-660-640- and I have been trying to correct the Errors that are Not mine–I was trying to purchase a Home-For My Family and I; but the Lenders all said I need to get a USDA Mortgage Loan-I receive $ 1,3850.Per Month In Arizona with a USDA- In Arizona I can afford to own a Home. I Like Arizona and i would like to Live there In a Home –Question; I am a Veteran, this was Important at one Time-but Now–Nothing–? I am Not asking for Free Money–a Loan that I will Pay back In Full–all I have now Is My Word–I am an American Soldier, I will always be a Soldier, will You assist me in securing a Mortgage Loan-because if You can not –where has My Country gone!
