Hi, this is me. I’m Paul Dunn a mortgage loan professional in NEARLY rural Oro Valley Arizona and I’ve been doing Tucson Loans since what seems like the beginning of time. I live less than 100 yards from the coveted rural designation. I’ve been financing real estate now since 1991 and have seen a lot of dynamic market changes in the last 17 years and am really excited about the opportunities presented by the USDA Home Loan program for Tucson Loans.
I started my mortgage lending career in Washington state and extensively studied Conventional, FHA and USDA home loan financing. At the time of this blog writing, the majority of my business is a combination of government lending products, USDA Rural and FHA. Another very popular loan at this time is the FHA 203K Rehab loan. It’s popularity has SOARED due to the recent glutton of Bank Owned properties for sale.
I provide educational seminars for Realtors such as: Credit Score Optimization, Understanding The Mortgage Meltdown of 2007, The Mega Millionaire Real Estate Agent, and various business planning workshops. I’ve also regularly been consulted to advise more than 1,000 loan originators on topics ranging from marketing to understanding credit scores.
In the current mortgage market environment with lenders colapsing and conventional underwriters trying to underwrite FHA mortgage loans, it is important to be working with a mortgage professional who has a deep understanding of the credit scoring model, underwriting guidelines and access to the mortgage loan programs that are growing.
As you can see, I really enjoy my business and would be pleased to help you in your new home purchase or refinancing efforts.
